We aim to make delivery times and shipping arrangements as clear as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.
1. Product-specific shipping information
Shipping and fulfilment information may vary depending on the product.
Where a product is available on pre-order, full pre-order details will be shown on the product page, directly below the product description. This may include specific order deadlines, production dates, estimated dispatch dates, delivery windows, and, where relevant, exact days or times.
Where a product is not being offered on a pre-order basis, the product page will also show the relevant shipping or fulfilment information directly below the description, including the estimated processing or dispatch time for that item.
Customers should always check the product page carefully before placing an order.
2. Pre-orders
For pre-order items, orders and payments are collected until the date and time shown on the relevant product page.
Once the pre-order closes, production will begin and the order will move into fulfilment.
Estimated delivery or local drop-off timeframes for pre-order items will be stated on the product page. These timeframes are specific to that product and form part of the order information.
3. Local delivery
Free local delivery may be available for selected postcode areas, where stated on the relevant product page or at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, free local delivery currently applies to eligible postcodes within:

This covers parts of Coventry, Bedworth and Nuneaton.
To qualify, the customer must provide an eligible delivery postcode at checkout.
If a postcode falls outside the eligible area, the order may instead require standard postage or a separate delivery arrangement.
4. Standard postage
For customers outside our local delivery area, postage may be offered at checkout or arranged separately, depending on the product.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown before the order is completed.
Estimated dispatch and delivery times for non-pre-order items will be shown on the relevant product page.
5. International orders
International shipping may be available on selected items.

Any international shipping costs, delivery timeframes, customs charges, import duties, local taxes or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
6. Delivery times
Any delivery or dispatch times shown on our website are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.
We will always aim to dispatch or deliver orders within the timeframe shown on the relevant product page. However, delays may occasionally occur due to printing schedules, supplier issues, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.
Where a specific pre-order delivery window is stated on a product page, that product-specific information takes priority over general delivery estimates.
7. Incorrect addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a full and accurate delivery address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied at checkout.
