Returns & Refunds

Most of our products are made to order or custom-made. For that reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted items, change of mind, or incorrect size choice where the item is not faulty.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us at contact@skybluearmy.uk before sending anything back. Please include your order number and photos of the issue where possible.

We do not accept returns that have been sent back without prior contact.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
